With those numbers staring you in the face, most real estate investors wouldn’t glance twice at Mike’s property. So imagine his surprise when I told him I wanted to buy his house – even though he had virtually no equity!

So in essence, we nabbed the house for $245,000. The property value never changed, it was still valued at $330,000. But because of our proprietary system, we practically stole the property with a steep discount from the bank.
Then we were ready to turn around and sell the property at a healthy discount. Mike got what he wanted – the bank was off his back.
The bank was happy to ditch the property and remove the “bad debt” from their balance sheet.
